SIZING: Please use the chart below to gauge your recommended belt size.  The sizes in the drop down menu represent the maximum range of allowable limb circumferences for each belt size.  You will notice there is overlap with each size, so please use the chart for choosing your recommendation, and we have designed in additional room to spare.

The guidance app comes with video instructions and follow along tutorials that will teach you the basics of (B)STRONG training.  You will create an account, and our algorithms will customize your pressure recommendations and walk you through basic exercises.  Expand from there, the only limitation is your imagination.

Our BEGINNER’s package is a great way to jump into the world of BFR Training.  Our arm and leg belts are designed to maximize comfort and give you that pump you love, and results you are looking for.

IMPORTANT: While (B)STRONG Training gives the best results when you use all four belts (upgrade to the INDVIDUAL PACKAGE now), for those who aren’t quite ready yet, you can start with just a pair for arms or legs.  The good news, you can always get two more belts later to complete your set when you are ready to get even BETTER results with (B)STRONG.

The Beginner’s Package is ideal for individual people who want to get fit anywhere.  The package is compact, lightweight, and doesn’t require any accessories to enjoy the benefits of full body strength training.

Additional belts can be purchased for use with your partner, spouse, sibling, etc.

Instructions to our guidance app come with your purchase.  The app will teach you the basic safety rules and regimen to follow for safe and effective results.  (B)STRONG’s instructional material is the result of many years of experience with top athletes, trainers and coaches.  We have simplified everything down for you into a simple, follow along method, that will teach you the basics and how to expand from there.
