What is Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT)?

BFRT is a training strategy involving manipulating your circulatory system SAFELY while doing easy exercise. Reduced blood flow out of the limb deprives muscles of necessary oxygen leading quickly to strong feelings of muscle burn and fatigue. The body THINKS that hard work was done and damage occurred when in reality there was very little muscle damage. A anabolic response (GH etc) is released into the blood stream. The end result is an increase strength and fitness of all working muscles without the traditional physical “cost” to the body from high resistance training.

How do you use it?

B STRONG training takes <20min per session, 2-3x per week, and is done as either a standalone routine or as a finisher to normal training. Belts are placed around the arms and/or legs and inflated to the personalized pressure given by our web-app. You follow the exercise routines on the web-app, or add in your own exercises, and you’re done in <20min. Noticeable gains are seen in ~10 sessions.
